1. Fresh Alliums & Tubers
We ensure our tubers are "Cured" (dried) naturally to prevent rot during long sea voyages.
- Onion: Red/Pink varieties. Size: 45mm-65mm+. 3-layer skin for protection.
- Garlic: G2/Yamuna Safed. Size: 40mm/50mm+. Snow-white skin, firm cloves.
- Ginger: A-Grade. Low fiber, free from fungal spots.
2. Premium Fruits
Our fruits are exported in "Controlled Atmosphere" conditions to maintain the cold chain.
- Pomegranate: Weight: 200g-400g+. Deep Ruby Red. Brix: 16°-18°.
- Banana: Calibration: 39-47mm. Harvested at 75-80% maturity.
3. Spices & Chillies
We prioritize the chemical profile of our spices—essential oils and color values.
- Chilli: Teja, S17, or Byadgi. Color: 80–120 ASTA. Max 12% Moisture.
- Grounded Spices: 100% steam-sterilized. Zero artificial colors.
4. Superfoods & Staples
High-nutrition staples processed under strict hygienic conditions.
- Makhana: 5-star / 6-star grading. Whiteness: Pure white.
- Jaggery: Organic. Sucrose 72-82%. No chemical clarifiers.
- Coconut: Brown, well-matured with high water volume.
